AT 4:10 AM AT THE END OF 2ND SHIFT D-11 OPERATOR HAD DISMOUNTED #12 D-11 AND STARTED WALKING TO VEHICLE PARKING LOT. HE STEPPED ON A ROCK (APPROX. 2" X 6" X 5") CREELED HIS LEFT FOOT AND FELL DOWN. EMPLOYEE THOUGHT HIS FOOT WAS SPRAINED AND REFUSED MEDICAL ATTENTION AT THE TIME.
