EMPLOYEE WAS DIGGING ROCK OUT OF SHOT. HOOKED BUCKET TEETH ON BIG ROCK AND TRIED TO LIFT ROCK. THE REAR OF LOADER RAISED UP OFF THE GROUND; AT THAT POINT, THE BUCKET SLIPPED OFF OF THE ROCK AND THE REAR OF THE LOADER DROPPED TO THE GROUND.
