The EE was not standing properly when lifting the adjustment rack with the help of two other EE's. EE wanted to wait a few days to see if the pain would go away. He finally decided to go to the Dr. on 2/17/06.

EE was climbing the ladder carrying a 5 gal bucket with hyd. from fluid and when he was almost to the top he swang the bucket to place it on a flat area when he felt the pain on his shoulder.
