Employee slipped carrying 2 gallon can of oil at the topsoil screener and sprained ankle

On 1/6 Miner reported soreness to shoulder from welding on 1/4 for an extended period of time in an awkward position inside primary screen deck. Miner was treated conservatively with ice and stretching and continued work duties. On 1/14 incident became reportable when medical evaluation prescribed physical therapy.
