EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING ARTICULATED OFF ROAD TRUCK WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED A POT HOLE. THE TRUCK LEANEDUPWARD AND THE EMPLOYEE GRIPPED THE GRAB RAIL WITH HIS RIGHT HAND, RESULTING IN SEVERE BRUISING OF HIS RIGHT WRIST.

EE WAS REFUELING D6HII CAT TRACK DOZER WHEN HE STEPPED OFF THE TRAC AND CAUGHT HIS FOOT BETWEEN THE TRACK AND THE BLADE ARM. EE FELL BACKWARDS AND HEARD A SNAP FROM HIS LOWER LEFT LEG. TREATED AND RELEASED AT HOSPITAL. X RAYS SHOW BREAK IN TIBIA AND FIBULA OF LEFT LEG. SURGERY WAS COMPLETED BY DR. ON JUN 2, 1999. RELEASED ON JUNE 4, 1999. EE REMAINS OUT OF WORK.
