SLIPPED ON OIL ON THE FLOOR, WHEN HE DID HE HURT HIS LEG. TOOK THE SKIN OFF OF HIS LEG. REPORTED AND SHOWED IT TO OTHER EMPLOYEE, HE TOLD HIM TO GO TO THE DOCTORS. I,NAME WAITED TO GO TO THE D OCTORS. WHEN HE WENT THE FIRST TIME HE LEFT BECAUSE THE LINE WAS TOO LONG AND CAME BACK TO WORK. AFTER THAT HE WENT BACK AND WAS TREATED.
