EMPLOYEE #2 SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR GOT THE #2 SHUTTLE CAR CABLE PINCHED BETWEEN THE CAR AND THE FEEDER. ALL THREE PHASES OF THE CABLE WERE PINCHE D SOLID. BETWEEN CAR AND FEEDER, THIS CAUSED A P HASE TO PHASE CONDITION, BREAKER KNOCKED. HE THEN WENT TO POWER CENTER AND TRIED TO SET BREAKER UP. IT ARCHED ACROOS THE TOP AND BURNT HIS HAND.
