INJURED WAS DRIVING TRUCK STOCKING OUT FINISHED PRODUCT. HE NOTICED SORENESS OF TESTICLES AND THOUGHT IT WAS CAUSED BY USING FOOT & HAND BRAKE SIMULTANEOUSLY. HE THOUGHT CONDITION WOULD IMPORV E BUT INSTEAD SORENESS GOT WORSE AND MOVED TO RIGHT GROIN AREA. DOCTOR DIAGNOSED AS SLOW INDUSTRIAL HERNIA REPAIRING SURGERY TO CORRECT.

PRIMARY CRUSHER FEEDER HAD CHOKED DOWN. INJURED WAS HELPING TO GET ROCK OUT OF FEEDER. HAMMERS WERE BEING USED TO BREAK UP LARGER STONE TO MOVE OUT OF FEEDER. HE PICKED UP STONE TO MOVE OUT OF FEEDER HIS FEET SLIPPED CAUSING THE STONE IN HIS HAND TO MASH FINGERS OF LEFT HAND
