EMPLO9YEE WAS ASSISTING MECHANIC BY TIGHTENING BOLTS ON THE PORTABLE SCREENING PLANT HOPPER. HE TURNED AROUND AND SLIPPED IN HIS STEPS, CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE. HE FELL AGAINST TH CO NVEYOR BELT WHICH WAS NOT RUNNING, AND STRUCK THE LOWER PART OF HIS NECK ON A ROLLER CAUSING A SEVERE BRUISE TO A NERVE.
