The miner was working on top of the hopper when their foot slipped between two grizzly bars and as they reached out to grab a pipe to hold on to, their arm was pulled/yanked and they felt pain from their right shoulder to their elbow.

EE was climbing into the excavator, and when EE hoisted self up, EE felt pain in left buttock and the pain ran down the back of the left leg. EE reported the injury on 12/5/2022 and was placed on restrictions on 12/6/22

EE was opening the gate at the entrance when EE stepped back on the cattle guard, and lost balance causing to fall backwards. EE felt pain in lower/mid back and right leg was weak and in pain; but was able to finish the shift. The next day EE's back pain was aggravated while trying to climb up on an excavator.

EE was helping an employee repair a pipe and strained EE's left arm/elbow. Injury did not become reportable until 1/9/20 when EE was prescribed physical therapy. EE's work restriction of limited use of EE's left arm does not impact EE's ability to perform EE's supervisory duties.
