EE WAS ON LADDER PREPARING TO HOOK CHAINS ON LARGE HOPPER TO MOVE IT TO ANOTHER LOCATION, WHEN HE LEANED OVER TO PICK UP CHAINS THE LADDER SLIPPED OUT ON THE BOTTOM AND EE FELL TO THE GROUND O N LEFT ELBOW AND LEFT ANKLE. HE SUSTAINED LEFT ELBOW DISLOCATION AND SPRAINED LEFT ANKLE.
