AIR HOSE STRIPPED OFF OF SPUD OF JACK LEG AND HIT HIM IN THE WRIST (LEFT) WHIP CHUCK WAS ON HOSE AND JACKLEG.

ELECTRICALLY POWERED PUMP ADJACENT TO THE SHAFT COLLAR OVERHEATED. OVERHEATING WAS A PUMP PROBLEM, NOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. SO EMPLOYEE TURNED OFF THE SWITCH AT THE PUMP STARTER PANEL. A FEW SECONDS LATER, THE INTAKE HOSE FEEDING THE PUMPBLEW OFF. HOT WATER AND STEAM FLOWING BACK THROUGH PUMP SCALDED EMPLOYEE IN LEGS AND FACE.
