WHEN PREPARING TO SPICE THE CRUSHER DISCHARGE BELT, HE SAT ON AND CUT THE BELTING. WHEN THE CUT WAS COMPLETED, THE BELT SEPARATED AND HE FELL THROUGH THE CONVEYER ASSEMBLY. AS HE FELL THROUGH THE CONVEYER FRAME HE GRABBED A ROLLER ASSEMBLY WHICH ROLLED, CAUSING HIS LEGS TO SWING OUT. LOSING HIS GRIP, HE FELL ABOUT 6 FT, LANDING ON HISBACK AND SIDE.
