WAS GOING UP ON3MAIN BELT AND HELD ONTO THE RAIL ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE AND IT BROKE HIS WEIGHT WAS ON LEFT SIDE SO HE WENT DOWN ON THE WAY DOWN HE HIT HIS L ARM
TO REMOVE METAL3ROD ON MAIN CONVEYOR BELT WAS HAULTED. INSTEAD OF GOING ON DOWN TO G ET OFF. HE SWUNG OFF SIDE OF CANVEYOR. WHEN HIS FEET HIT BOTTOM SLIPPING & FALLING BACK AGAINST CONVEYOR R AIL INJURING BA7K.
