VICTIM WAS ASSISTING MECHANIC IN DOZER TRACK REPAIR. MECHANIC WAS DRIVING TRACK PIN WHEN SLEDGEHAMMER GLANCED OFF PIN AND GRAZED VICTIMS JAW, CUTTING LIP, CHIPPING TOOTH AND BRUISING CHEEK. VI CTIM REQUIRED 11 STITCHES IN LIP.
