EE TRIED TO DISLODGE A PIECE OF SLATE THAT WAS CAUGHT IN THE TRIMMING MACHINE. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE FOOT OPERATED PEDAL CAUSING THE BLADE TO SHOOT BACK DAMAGING HIS RIGHT HAND. HE FAILED TO SHUT OFF THE POWER TO THE MACHINE BEFORE TRYING TO DISLODGE THE SLATE. THERE WAS A LACERATED TENDON DAMAGE.

EE WAS TRIMMING A PIECE OF SLATE. THE PIECE OF GATE THAT WAS BEING TRIMMER SHATTERN AND PULLED HIS LEFT HAND AND THE MACHINE. THE MIDDLE A PINKY FINGER OF THE LEFT HAND WERE BROKE ALONG WITH S OME LACERATIONS.

WHILE CLEANING RUBBISH FROM UNDERNEATH A TRIMMING MACHINE WITH A SHOVEL, THE EMPLOYEE LOST THE SHOVEL DOWN THE SLATE CHUTE. HE WENT TO GRAB THE SHOVEL AND CAUGHT HIS RIGHT FOREARM ON A SHATE C HIP.
