EE WAS WORKING NEAR THE EDGE OF THE PIT DISCONNECTING A PIPE TO MAKE A REPAIR. HE WAS PULLED OVER THE EDGE OF THE PIT WHEN THE PIPE WAS CUT INTO HE DID NOT RELEASE THE PIPE AND APPARENTLY THE WEIGHT OF THE PIPE PULLED HIM OVER THE EDGE.
