EE WAS REPAIRING A ROOF BOLTER WHICH HAD BEEN BLOCKED FOR REPAIRS. WHILE REPAIRING THE ROOF BOLTER HE LOOSENED A LOCK NUT AND THE ATRS SLIPPED OFF THE BLOCKING HITTING HIM ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BODY.
