EMPLOYEE WAS DR3VING THE WATER TRUCK TO THE DRILL RIG,THE ROAD WAS SNOW PACK FROM PREVIOUS TRAVEL EARLIER IN THE DAY.WHEN HE STARTED UP THE SECOND BAD PART OF THE HILL HE HIT ICE AND CAME BACK DOWN OUT OF CO3TROL AND MISSED THE ROAD ANS WENT INTO THE DITCH AND FLIPPED OVER.
