EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING ON FRESH WATER PUMP WHEN JOB WAS COMPLETED, INJURED WAS STEPPING FROM WATER PUMP BARGE TO THE GROUND. HIS FEET WERE WET AND HE HAD TOOLS IN HIS HAND. HE SLIPPED CAUSING HIMSELF TO FALL STRIKING HIS LEFT HAND ON THE BARGE, THEN BREAKING HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER.

EMPLOYEE WAS INSIDE THREE DECK GRAVEL SHAKE REPAIRING DISCHARGE WHEN RUST FELL OUT OF SHAKER INTO HIS LEFT EYE, HE WAS CARRIED TO DOCTOR, RUST WAS REMOVED. HE RETURNED TO WORK THE SAME DAY. HE DID NOT HAVE SAFETY GLASSES ON AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. HE HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED THAT HE MUST WEAR THEM.
