HE WAS WALKING BY THE AIR TANK IN THE BACK PART OF THE DRAGLINE AND AS HE WAS WALKING BY THE AIR TANK HE STRUCK HIS HEAD ON THE LOW OVER HANGING SECTION OF THE ROOF OF THE DRAGLINE. HE DID NO T MISS ANY WORK UNTIL 10-2-90.
