Rocky Point Rock, Inc. · Struck by powered moving object

Removing rock out of crusher hopper. Had chain hooked around rock to trackhoe bucket. Trackhoe operator had pressure with bucket pulling rock. Employee stepped in front of bucket at time chain broke and allegedly hit employee.
