ELECTRICIAN WAS PUSHING CABLE THRU CONDUIT INTO POWER CENTER WHERE BREAKERS HAD 440 POWER ON THEM ELECTRICIAN ASKED I NAME TO PULL END OF CABLE AND KEEP IT FROM TOUCHING BREAKERS WHICH HAD POW ER ON THEM CABLE TOUCHED TOP OF BREAKER CAUSING A FLASH OF FINE WHICH RESULTED 2ND AND 3RD DEGREE BURNS TO RIGHT HAND AND WRIST.
