STEPPED ON ROOF BOLT WITH PLATE ON BOLT. ROOF BOLT FLEW UP AND STRUCK ELBOW. HE FINISHED SHIFT OUT AND STOPPED ON THE WAY HOME AND HAD AN X-RAY. RESULT WAS THAT ARM WAS BRUISED IN ELBOW ARE EA.
FREAK ACCIDENT WHILE OBSERVING BREAKER (440 VOLTS) THERE WAS AN ELECTRIC FLASH AND BURNED THE VICTIMS EYE.
