When the other employee closed the door EE's left middle finger and left ring finger pinched in the door and caused fracture of distal phalanx and finger lacerations with complication.

Employee was descending access steps on a Volvo A40E articulating end dump when he slipped using his right hand and arm to prevent a fall by catching himself. This resulted in a strain/sprain to his right shoulder requiring prescription medication for treatment.
Service Truck Operator was getting out of his Service Truck and slipped and when he grabbed onto the truck to support himself he spread his fingers apart causing injury to his right hand.
