While using a utility knife to cut conveyor belt on the Primary Feed Conveyor the employee was cutting towards themselves, the knife slipped cutting through their glove and cutting the left thumb.

Employee was assisting in repairs to Greystone Log Washer. Employee had tools in hand when employee slipped and fell, striking back against the paddles in the log washer resulting in strain and contusions to lower back.

Removing gear box from concrete sand stacker when ee got hand caught between the gear box and adjacent handrail causing lacerations to three fingers and a fracture in first joint of index finger on left hand

Employee was descending access steps on a Volvo A40E articulating end dump when he slipped using his right hand and arm to prevent a fall by catching himself. This resulted in a strain/sprain to his right shoulder requiring prescription medication for treatment.

Service Truck Operator was getting out of his Service Truck and slipped and when he grabbed onto the truck to support himself he spread his fingers apart causing injury to his right hand.

Employee strained neck when he slipped on wet floor and fell while entering shop during heavy rain event

Employee was helping another employee pry a hopper into place. The bar slipped causing employee to twist his body. His body shifted but his lower right leg did not. This caused the injury to his right knee.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING OVERSIZED ROCK FROM CONVEYOR. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE ONE ROCK A SECOND ROCK STRUCK HIS THUMB.

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PRIME A 6" WATER PUMP WHEN HEAD PRESSURE BACKFLOWED INTO THE PUMP CAUSING HOT WATER & STEAM TO SPRAY OUT OF THE PRIMARY PORT AND ONTO THE EMPLOYEE.

EE WAS WASHING APON CYLINDER OF SCRAPER PAN WHEN TRACTOR OPERATOR MOVED TRACTOR CATCHING VICTIM BETWEEN PAN AND RETAINING WALL. THIS RESULTED IN BRUISING LEFT HIP OF VICTIM.
