EE WAS DRAGGING A 20' PIECE OF 4"PIPE WHEN HE CAUGHT HIS HAND BETWEEN THE PIPE AND THE METAL DOOR FRAME. EE RECEIVED A LACERATION REQUIRING A FEW STITCHES.

EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING 4 SCREW CONVEYORS FLIGHTS OFF THE LOADING DOCK ONTO A PICKUP TRUCK WITH A FORKLIFT. THE DOCK WAS 2'HIGHER THAN THE TRUCK BED. HE GOT THEM AS FAR AS HE COULD WITH THE FORKL IFT AND THEN PUSHED THEM BY HAND UNTIL THEY WEREAGAINST THE CAB. APPROX. 2' OF THE FLIGHTS WERE STILL ON THE DOCK, HE PUSHED THEM INTO THE TRUCK. HE DROPPED THE FLIGHT ON HIS HAND.
