SIDE PLATES FROM CRUSHER JAWS WERE BRING LOADED INTO LOAD BUCKET. OPERATOR PUT LOADER BUCKET ONE GROUND, WITH TEETH CURLED UP A BIT. INJURED PLACED L FOOT UNDER BUCKET. OPERATOR CURLED BUCKET DOWN TO LAY TEETH FLAT ON GROUND. INJURED PERSONS FOOT WAS CAUGHT UNDER BUCKET TOOTH.
