EMPLOYEE WAS TRAVELING DOWN HILL, OPERATING AN EXCAVATOR. THE DOOR ON THE CAB CAME UNLATCHED AND SWUNG CLOSED ON HIS LEFT HAND WHILE HE WAS BRACING HIMSELF AGAINST THE DOOR JAM.
