THE EMPLOYEE SA3D THAT WHILE HE WAS DESCENDING THE LADDER ON NO. 8 CAT TRUCK WITH THE QUARRY PARKING LOT, HIS RIGHT FOOT MISSED THE BOTTOM LADDER RUNG AND HE FELL TO THE GROUND LANDING ACKWARD LY ON HIS RIGHT3FOOT WHICH CAUSED PAIN IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS GROIN.
