UVICTIM WAS WORKING IN CLINKER BUILDING ON A PLATFORM ON A TRAVELING CRANE DECK. THE CRANE DECK WAS IN A STATIONARY POSITION AND THE VICTIM WAS USING A 6\ LONG STEEL BAR PRYING ON A RAIL. THE BAR SLIPPED AND THE VICTIM FELL BACKWARDS OFF THE DECK ONTO THE GROUND BELOW. THE GROUND WAS LOCATED APPROX. 70\ BELOW THE PLATFORM AND THE BIC VICTIM WAS KILLED INSTANTLY.
