COAL STOCK PILE AT LOADING DOCK WAS EMITTING FUMES AND WHEN OPENED UP BY FRONT END LOADER IT MOMENTARILY FLAMED-UP. THE HOT COAL WAS SPREAD OUT, HOSED DOWN AND WHEN COOL WAS LOADED INTO BARGE AND SHIPPED OUT. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OR IMPAIRMENT-NO INJURY OR ILLNESS-NO PHYSICAL ACCIDENT.
