Employee was running skid steer when the machine came to a sudden stop. The employee's momentum did not stop and EE hit EE's head on the rear view mirror, causing a laceration requiring stitches.

Employee was using a hammer and a chisle to remove a bearing for a snubber pulley. The hammer broke and hit his left index finger, cutting it and his finger nail. He went to the emergency room and had finger nail removed and 9 stitches. He returned to work at 2 PM.
