THEY WERE PACKING BEARING ON WATER PUMP ON DREDGE THEY LAID KNIFE ON SHELL OF PUMP. THE PUMP WAS CRANKED AND WHEN HE REACHED TO TURN WATER VALVE OFF AND HE WAS BRINING ARM DOWN HE HIT KNIFE ON TOP OF PUMP SHELL.
