EE WAS ASSISTING IN THE ERECTION OF A CONVEYOR. HE WAS ON A LADDER WHICH WAS RESTING AGAINST A PAIR OF LEGS. THE LEGS WERE HELD UP BY A SUPPORT CABLE AND PINNED AT THE BASE. THE LEGS WERE BEIN G PINNED TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CONVEYOR. THE SNAPPED ALLOWING THE LEGS TO FALL. THE LADDER AND EE THEN FELL.
