DRIVER BACKED H5UL TRUCK UP TO BERM ON WASTE DUMP. WHILE DUMPING, TRUCK APPAREANTLY SHIFTED IN REVERSE, SENDING TRUCK OVER END OF DUMP. THE DRIVER JUMPED FROM THE TRUCK, RECEIVVING A COMPOUND FRACTURE TO HI8 LEFT LEG WHEN HE LANDED. THE BERM WAS OF REQULATION HEIGHT WHEN THE ACCDIENT OCCURRED.
