EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING OUT OF LOADER AND SLIPPED OFF STAIR. WHEN HE JUMPED OFF, THE GROUND WAS UNLEVEL AND HE REACHED BACKWARD TO CATCH HIS FALL TWISTING HIS WRIST.
