WHEN EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A FITTING FROM AN HYDRAULIC STEERING VALVE ON A EUCLID REAR DUMP TRUCK WITH A WRENCH, THE FITTING BROKE LOOSE SUDDENLY AND EMPLOYEE\S LEFT HAND HIT AGAINST THE EDGE OF A STEEL MOUNTING BRACKET WHICH RESULTED IN SEVERED EXTENSOR TENDONS ON LEFT INDEX FINGER.
