EE FELL AND STRAINED HIS BACK WHILE WELDING ON CRUSHER. EE SAID HE WAS GETTING DOWN IN FEEDER WHEN H IS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL. HE SAID HE TRIED TO CATCH HIS FALL AND THOUGHT HE MAY HAVE P ULLED SOEMTHING. HE DECLINED MEDICAL ATTENTION THAT DAY BUT UPON ARRIVAL AT WORK ON 7/25 HE ADVISED HIS SUPERVISOR HE WANTED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR.
