WAS REPAIRING DRAGLINE AND STEPPED ON DRUM BANDS. THE BANDS WERE OILY; SLIPPED AND FELL BACKWARDS ON HIS HIPS, SINCE THEN PAIN ACROSS HIPS, WHICH EXTENDS UP TO RIGHT SHOULDER BLADE. HAS NUMBNE ESS IN RIGHT SHOULDER AND RIGHT ARM. DULL HEADACHES, SINCE THE FALL.
