Employee was using pry bar to lift a piece of metal and as he was lifting metal to install a block between 2 pieces, the pry bar slipped catching his left little finger resulting in a fracture.

Employee was exiting Cat. 990-G end loader. When he stepped onto the ground with his right foot, his left foot got hung on the step causing him to fall to the ground; resulting in injury to the left knee.
