Employee investigating why propane vaporizer wouldn't stay lit. Found low gas pressure to vaporizer main burner, turned off inlet gas valve and outlet gas valve to vaporizer. Then to check for blockage in the piping EE loosened plug at strainer to purge gas from vaporizer gas ignites this flash fire caused minor burns to employee. Source of ignition static spark.

Cleaning finished conveyor hopper/chute on roll crusher (crusher was turned off and locked out) while using a bar to clean dirt from hopper a large dirt clod fell down hopper chute pinching right hand between the bar and the chute causing cut on top of right hand.

Due to a power failure ee was instructed to inspect the dust collection on mill #2. He rapped on the DC with a rubber mallet. Then he opened the conveyor below the DC and attempted to reach his hand under the outlet of the DC. His arm was caught between the flighting and the conveyor housing breaking his arm.
