EE WAS CARRYING A PORTABLE WATER PUMP UP AN INCLINE AND STRAINED LOWER BACK. HE HAD MENTIONED A SORE BACK THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND EE PURCHASED A BACK BRACE FOR HIM. HE SAID IT HELPED HIS BACK. H E WAS NOT WEARING BRACE AT TIME OF INCIDENT AND DID NOT TELL SUPPER VISOR AT THE TIME. APPROX. WT. OF PUMP 50 LBS.
