EE WAS USING A SLUGGER DRILL TO DRILL HOLES IN LEG SUPPORTS ON CONVEYOR BELT. WHILE DRILL WAS TURNING, EE USED HIS INDEX FINGER TO FLIP DRILL CUTTINGS AWAY FROM BIT. HIS FINGER WAS PULLED IN TO BIT & A HALF MOON SHAPED PIECE OF FINGER WAS CUT OUT. EE WAS WEARING LIGHT CLOTH GLOVES. DRILL CUTTINGS CAUGHT ON CLOTH CONTRIBUTED TO INJURY.
