EE HAD DELIVRED A LOADER TO THIS LOCATION. A DRILLER WAS OPERATING AN AIR TRACK DRILL WITH A TAGAIR COMPRESSOR. EE NOTICED THAT THE DRILLER WAS STRUGGLING WITH GETTING THE AIR HOSE OFF THE AIR COMPRESSOR ROCK. HE LIFTED THE HOSE FREE FROM SNAG ON THE ROCK AS THE HOSE CAME OFF THE RACK THEHOSE SHIFTED & STRUCK EE IN THE MOUTH
