AN ELECTRICAL ARC WAS CAUSED BY A LOOSE PHASE LEAD IN THE TOP OF A 225 MMP BREAKER. VICBRATION FROM TEH CLOSING OF AN ADJACENT BREAKER APPARENTLY CAUSED THIS LEAD TO COME IN CONTACT WITH ANOTH ER PHASE AND BRIEFLY ARCING ACROSS TOP OF BREAKER. THE ELECRICAL RECEIVED A FLASH BURN TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS FACE & NECK.
