A PRODUCTION CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE WAS ADJUSTING FAN BELTS BETWEEN THE ENGINE AND THE RADIATOR ON A FIAT ALLIS 745 FRONT-END LOADER. A LARGE GUST OF WIND SIMULTANEOUSLY BLEW THE EMPLOYEE'S HARD HAT OFF AND FLIPPED THE ENGINE PANEL COVER WHICH STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE ON THE HEAD CAUSING A LACERATION OF THE SCALP.
