DOZER OP WAS HIGHWALLING HE ADVISED HE NEEDED SOME TREES CUT IN FRONT OF HIM. SUBJECT GOT CHAIN SAW & WENT TO CUT TREES. SMALL TREE WAS LEANING OVER & DOZER OP WAS CUTTING IT W/HATCHET. CHAIN SAW OP SAID HE WOULD FINISH CUTTING TREE DOZER OP ADVISED HIM NOT TO STAND ON E DGE OF HIGHWALL BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT HOLD HIM BUT HE WENT ON ANYWAY. GROUND BROKE FROM UNDER HIM & HE SLID DOWN
