PULLING INOPERABLE DOZER, UNHOOKING CABLE, THE CABLE HAD KICKED WHEN THE CABLE WAS UNHOOKED THE TWIST IN THE CABLE CAUSED THE VICTIM TO BE SLAPPED IN THE FACE BELOW THE EYE APPROX. 1 1/2" THE CUT WAS APPROX. 1/2" IN LENGTH AND 1/8" DEEP EXAMING PHYSICIAN SAID NOT SERIOUS AT ALL.
