EMPLOYEE WAS IN TIPPLE BIN TRYING TO PRY FROZEN COAL OUT OF BIN USING A STEEL BAR. THE BAR SHIFTED INTO ANOTHER POSITION AND WHEN HE PULLED BACK ON BAR, THE BAR STRUCK HIM IN THE MOUTH. IT SPL IT HIS GUMS IN HIS UPPER MOUTH AND CHIPPED 2 TEETH.
