3 INCHES SNOW ON GROUND VICTIM WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN CLEANING RAILROAD CARS. ACCROSS VICTIMS FEET SLIPPED FROM UNDER HIM AS HE WAS SLIMBING ACROSS THE CAR COUPLING AND THE VICTIMS CHEST LANDED AGAINST THE COUPLING THIS RESULTED IN BRUISED CHEST WITH PAINFUL BREATHING DISCONFORT WHILE PERFORMING HIS NORMAL DUTIES.
